With the awareness of the requirements of these sectors we serve and the sensitivity of the parts produced, we attach importance to the highest level of planning, production and quality control at all stages from raw material to final product delivery.

In all our machines, programs are prepared with CAD / CAM applications and manufacturing is carried out with machining, so that CNC machines can be used with their full capacity.

USTSAN performs reverse engineering services such as scanning objects precisely with various measurement devices (optical, laser scanners), 3D modeling, CAD data extraction processes, updating the product design, improving it in terms of engineering and reproducing the product without 3D data.

We continue our design and R&D activities with our own resources. In addition, we contribute to the design and R&D activities of our customers and make the first prototype production and then mass production.

Quality

USTSAN has all kinds of measuring devices to make measurements in order to achieve the necessary precision with a production approach that attaches importance to quality. In addition, connection and test apparatus and gauges are designed and manufactured in-house.

Within the changing customer demands, all parts are measured and the measurement results are reported.

Assembly

USTSAN carries out mechanical assembly activities, sub-complete and complete system deliveries in order to meet the sub-complete and complete system needs of customers. Functional tests of such systems are also carried out and reported in accordance with customer requirements.
